1. Jose Gonzalez Outerelo is descended from a long line of outstanding Jewelers. His lineage has the honor of once being Queen Victoria ’s personal Jeweler. Jose’s gift for discerning the quality in precious stones showed up at an early age when he studied with some of the finest gemologists. Perhaps Jose’s talent for quality and design is genetic. However, he contributes his skill to the excellent education (in Mexico City ) that he received as he earned his degree in Gemology, and the fortuitous experience of apprenticing with a true master. Jose is grateful and proud to carry on the Outerelo Heritage of integrity and exquisite artisanship. Jose’s Grandfather named his Restaurant, on the Coast of Lisbon in Portugal,” Monaco”, because of his friendship with Prince Rainier and Princess Grace. Jose chose the name “Monaco Custom Jewelers” to honor the memories of his Grandfather
